I can say this, I had planned to get involved with a completely different company than Allstate than what I was recommended. I can also say that I am very happy with who my broker is at the moment and that is Evelyn. She is so kind, caring, and most importantly thoughtful. I told my broker about the past experiences with progressive and she did the best she could to help guide and transition me to be able to have a smooth six month policy with Allstate in a middle of a different policy. I can say I am amazed at the outcome of her hard work and dedication. Updates: There has been no complications that could not be worked out with Allstate team. Allstate is a more affordable insurance plan for more newer year cars! If you are looking for full coverage policys for your car this is the right place. A lot of other company's are overboard and will go above and beyond to let you know you need to be with the company longer or be a certain age every year as nothing changes/ or premium increases after being loyal for years on end. All state lets you know what you can do to get discounts and more! This is a trust worthy team to work with so its 5 stars coming for me. Evelyn is super on board with everything and deserves a raise... Thank you for allowing me to be a policy holder.

So much goodness with this local Allsate office , not sure my words can do it justice, but i will try; first , I worked with an insurance agent named Evelyn Wynn. without exaggeration, the best insurance agent I ever worked with in my whole life, hands down , not even close. Evelyn went the extra mile to customize my polcies to maximize my coverages and minimize my rate, she knew all the right levers to pull and all available discounts while maintaining the integrity and size of the coverages. Before Evelyn, I had quoted my properties with 3 insurance companies, Progressive ( which was my existing insurance carrier) , Gieco, and another smaller local firm I was referred to by my reql estate agent... their rates were 30% more expensive than what Evelyn had quoted me. I was truly considering compromising my coverages to be able to afford it. then an online Allstate agent referred my to Cheryl Bowker office and thats how I met Evelyn. Evelyn secured my homeowners insurance at 30% less then the carriers above ( apple to apple coverages ) , and 60% reduction for my auto insurance compared to the companies above. ( these are true figures , from someone who moved from California to Michigan and had to provide Michigan insurance to the secretary of state in order to register theor veichle). I really didn't want to lose to collision and comprehensive coverages due to outrageously high rates , but Evelyn suggested a special type of collision coverage that protected my weigh keep without the outrageous rate or deductable. I wnet to the office to thank Evelyn in person , I was greeted with a smile and professionalsim by the front office lady , April. few days later , as a resulte of my move to Michigan state , I needed to switch my California properties from homeowners coverages to landlord coverages , same story , Gieco ( exisitng carrier then) abused the switch with an outrageous rate. so I contacted Evelyn to refer me to a California allstate agent office and she did so within minutes. the allstate office definitely beat the gieco rate by 10% on one property and 15% for another. overall im happy with my switch to allstate , and super happy to have met an honest and professional agent who has my back like Evelyn Wynn did !!

If you have a concern, it will be addressed immediately, sometimes sooner! All of the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! So rare, and such a comforting feeling.
